Walderton north, then south over Kingley Vale

There is a small parking area on the corner of the road leading into Walderton from the South Harting/Chichester road, on the Stoughton/East Marden road.
(distance 8.5 miles)

Leaving the parking area, heading down the Stoughton road to just passed the village green area on the left, then off left on the path passing outside a rather grand house. After a short distance, go left on the lane then soon off left onto a path between houses.

Follow the path up to the end of the gardens, then right continuing over fields, crossing a narrow lane leading down to Walderton on the way. Where the path exits the fields at the end of the woods, go left down to join the lane leading to Up Marden.
